One Shore Road, Sandbanks
On 20th August, we hosted an evening to showcase the new development at One Shore Road, Sandbanks. 7 prestigious apartments located on the most exclusive road in the UK, fitted out with Lamco wardrobes and MisuraEmme furniture.
The evening was a great success, with design partners, industry contacts and key customers invited to take a tour of the Penthouse and apartments. This was a unique opportunity to view the latest in high-end interior design.
INTERIOR DESIGN TO THE HIGHEST STANDARD
We have been involved with the One Shore Road project for the last three years. Before the building work began, ourselves and local interior designers Woadden Nash put forward our design concepts and ideas. The brief was to fully furnish the apartments, with a finish of the highest quality and style to position the development at the very top end of the market.
The architects of One Shore Road had designed a modern and unique building, it’s shape and construction allowing the stunning Poole Harbour views to be maximised from every room. This individuality flows through the interior, with ultra-modern features, statement pieces and neutral space married seamlessly to create a clean and precise finish.
A combination of fitted wardrobes were installed in each apartment, both Bespoke Lamco Design creations and compositions from our MisuraEmme Italian furniture range. The Lamco Walk In Wardrobe is made in our Dorset based workshop, by craftsmen with decades of experience in creating bespoke pieces. This traditional workmanship is combined with modern equipment and design to create something truly unique and of the highest standard. MisuraEmme fitted wardrobes come in near limitless colours, finishes and compositions. We carefully selected mirrored fronts with a bronze tone, to reflect the stunning Poole Harbour views and give a feeling of warmth and serenity. The extensive use of mirrors within the walk in wardrobes and on the wardrobe fronts gives an incredible sense of space and light; something that should be present in every modern home.
